1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and phpak ("phpak", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the phpak online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered at phpak.app and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces.

By registering a phpak account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the phpak platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the phpak Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of phpak services.

2. Eligibility

phpak reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at account registration and at any point thereafter. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation when requested will result in account suspension pending verification, or permanent closure at phpak's discretion.

3. Account Registration

To access phpak's gaming services, you are required to create a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person. You may register only one phpak account. The operation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited regardless of the name, email, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method used. If duplicate accounts are identified, phpak reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances held therein.
• Accurate information. You must provide complete, accurate, and current information at registration, including your legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify phpak of any changes promptly.
• Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpak login credentials. phpak recommends using a strong, unique password not used on any other platform. You must notify phpak support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Non-transferability. Your phpak account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party. Any attempt to do so constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the phpak platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). phpak accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The following conditions govern financial transactions:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are subject to change at phpak's discretion or as required by payment processing partners.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the identification and anti-money laundering verification requirements described in these Terms.
• phpak does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment service provider (e.g., GCash, PayMaya, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of the wagering requirement associated with any active bonuses applied to the account balance.
• phpak reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Documentation may be requested before release of funds.
• phpak will not process payments to or from third-party accounts. The deposit and withdrawal payment methods must belong to the registered account holder.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

phpak may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all phpak promotions unless the specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and validity period are stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Only one promotional offer may be active at a time unless phpak expressly permits stacking of specific promotions.
• phpak reserves the right to modify the terms of, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, particularly where abuse, fraud, or technical error is suspected.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• phpak may reclaim bonus amounts — together with any winnings derived from them — if it determines that a bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or through fraudulent means.

6. Gameplay Rules

• All games offered on phpak use certified random number generation (RNG) systems where applicable, ensuring fair and unpredictable outcomes.

• phpak is not responsible for interrupted game sessions arising from disconnection, hardware failure, or other technical issues on the player's side. Where a disconnection occurs during a game round, the round will be settled according to the game provider's rules.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game, the phpak platform's server logs and game provider records shall be the definitive record. The player's screen display shall not be accepted as evidence in case of discrepancy.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the phpak platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances at phpak's discretion:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical device to interact with phpak games or services in an automated manner.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes relating to genuine phpak transactions.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to evade reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime involving the phpak platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during account registration or identity verification.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your phpak account.
• Any conduct that phpak reasonably believes constitutes abuse of the platform, its promotions, or its other players.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phpak, its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the phpak platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions.

phpak's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player into their phpak account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phpak makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Privacy

phpak collects, uses, and protects your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phpak platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments
